Suggestions for the start of your visit:
Free maps and audio guides: located in the Gift Shop, downstairs.
Casa Loma Documentary: located in the theatre, downstairs to the left
Main floor: entertaining rooms and secret passageways in the study
2nd floor: bedrooms
3rd floor: QOR military museum
Two Towers: From the middle of the 3rd floor you can access both towers. The Norman Tower takes you to an outdoor viewing area. The Scottish Tower (to the right) takes you to the “Alchemists Lab” (Dragon’s Den escape game).
Gardens: Accessed from the main floor beside the organ. There is a nature path in the forest in the lower gardens.
Suggestions for the end of your visit:
Tunnels: Entrance located outside the Gift Shop (bottom of stairs to the right). Tunnels are one-way!
Vintage Car Exhibit in the Garage: located half-way through the tunnels, up the stairs on your left.
Carriage Room and Stables: Located at the end of tunnels.
This is where you will Exit. You do not return through the tunnels.
Return your audio guides at the end of the Tunnels.
Returning to the Castle: Exit stables and walk through the black gate. Turn right. The Castle main entrance is at the end of (and across) the street. Re-enter with your receipt or electronic tickets.
Other Amenities:
Washrooms: located on the Main floor by the green exit sign in the hallway - and on the lower level.
Elevator: Notify front door staff if you need the elevator for mobility reasons. Not for stroller use.
Stroller Parking: Located in the Great Hall by the piano, otherwise guests can carry them throughout.
