Welcome to Casa Loma

Please Read these Health & Safety Protocols

Proof of vaccination and mask wearing are not required for guests visiting Casa Loma.

Physical Distancing: Guests will be asked to follow social/physical distancing guidelines, maintaining 2 metres (6 feet) of space from others. Family members and others (a “family unit”) who live in the same household can be closer together.

  • In all hallways please walk on the right hand side.

  • Avoid crowding in exhibit rooms, the theatre, the elevator or washrooms. Wait your turn if needed.

  • When climbing the towers please ensure no one is coming down before you head up, and vice versa.

Clean Hands Thoroughly:  We have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the building so guests can regularly sanitize their hands.  Please wash your hands well when using the washrooms.  Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.  Sneeze or cough into your elbow, not your hands.

Multiple times daily we clean and disinfect common areas and high touch objects and surfaces. We do frequent cleaning and disinfection of washrooms.

Audio guides are cleaned after every use.

Limitation of Liability: Please note that while Casa Loma continues to adhere to health and safety guidelines to keep you safe, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  By being in public spaces like Casa Loma, you voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure.

Thank you and enjoy your visit.

We will continue to take guidance from public health officials with regards to additional health and safety protocols that may be required.
